I am very appreciative of what CJH has done. However it is very apparent that their recruiting, player evaluations, positioning coaches and schemes/play calling are lacking in certain areas. There is not an aspect of his program that is being managed better than Tony V and Rick.I think most of that is Tony V being the best and most popular coach in the country who consistently puts guys in the league. Tough ask for Heupel.
CJH doesn’t have to try and be someone he is not. Tony V and Rick have polar opposite personalities but both are highly successful. There is more than one way to do it.
