Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Yes, also known as toradol. It is an amazing drug that helps reduce and/or limit pain, esp dental pain. Toradol was prescribed after I had complications from wisdom teeth extraction. It’s safer than a narcotic and works.

An oral surgeon was surprised when I requested it over a narcotic four yrs ago after I had other dental procedure. The side effects are minimal unless you take for extended period of time. Take with food. They give injections to athletes to help fend off pain.
It’s limited to a maximum of 5 days. Not really a significant amount of time.

If it works, it works. Opiates always made me sick after taking them. It may have dulled the pain a little, but this ketorolac is the only drug I've used that actually eliminates the pain. Maybe it works better on different types of pain.
Yep...I think everybody has different reactions..good and bad to different medications. If it works for you..it works.

We take these matters seriously...

At some point this will catch up to Kirby. Still waiting for true consequences. a Georgia staffer drove an impaired kid and herself and cost a young persons life, but still lets keep the UGA machine going regardless. Whatever they do, it’s acceptable. I hope our program never sinks that low or encourages young people to be anything but looks at their future. If they do, I’m out as a fan. I DON’T WORRY ABOUT THIS WITH OUR UNIVERSITY.

I'm not saying it didn't happen but I've lived here for ~30 years and I've never heard about or seen anyone be abused for license plates or stickers (not counting obvious game day dumbassery around campus). Hopefully she had a one off bad experience for something unrelated to college affiliation. I assume your friend's assumption is this is a "Vol fan" thing? I really don't think that is the case.
No, he didn’t assume it was a Vol thing at all.
He just asked if I could figure it out.
Just like I asked VN for help figuring it out…
