When we talk 22 vs 24. Outside of a rsFreshman qb we need to also focus on this:
We need new wrinkles.
That’s not the rule. They’re idiots.Supposedly ASU is appealing their lost to Texas on a blown call by the officiating crew. It’s not the targeting call but the missed field goal that was partially blocked and still bounced through. According to the rule book the field goal should have counted thus ASU would’ve won the game in regulation.
They don’t have a snowball’s chance but I love it. It just shines more light on incompetence of the refs
it's a problem and if a team is going to play that defense we need to have an in game adjustment that eats it up- don't just try and do the same thing. Then when they switch back, we switch to something else.
I feel we are too stubborn at times and never really adjust.
100%And the best offense to run? Quick passes that target the seams, something we have rarely done since '22 when Hyatt was here. Also sweeps would help, maybe we'll see that with Boo Carter in the mix at WR.
Our offense does have some features that can work against 3-3-5, like RPOs & PAs but that's like all we do and get stuck in repeat mode of the same plays over and over.
The negative this year specifically our OL wasn't quickly getting to the second level in running game and we didn't have fast receivers. Just bigger long striders outside White.
Too masSally is progressing.
A tech called "Shot Spotter" listens to sounds in an area, like a city, and identifies gunshots and their precise location. . . even the type (caliber) of gun probably used. It alerts the PD immediately. Sometimes cops get to the scene before 911 calls are even made.
Pretty soon Sally will be predicting future crimes. I may be in the minority thinking this, but it's a good report.
