They look playoff ready. I have been leery of them just outscoring opponents, rarely does a SB champ just do that, but they brought it tonight. And with that home field advantage…The Lions really have no business going to the Superbowl with all their injuries but I hope they do. Dan Campbell is the man.
Played more conservative to not create bad TO’s and not rely as much on QB. His O is tempo and wide open. Nico would’ve got killed. He did what it took to win as many games as possibleI agree with everything except "he adjusted his O to win games." I think the opposite. I think he did a poor job adjusting his O, and that's why we lost the games we did and played so poorly on offense against decent teams.
Whatever adjustments he made on O didn't seem to work very well. Luckily his defense carried him through the bad offense, which is why we were in the playoffs despite the bad offense.
It started 2nd Q at Okie. Twice Nico was blindsided in about 1.5 seconds each time, once to begin the Qtr, once late. OT catastrophe. First SEC game. First time I’d see Heup not run a hurry-up to try to score in a half’s final seconds. Eventually a lot of the deception the offense employed involved blocking schemes, particularly to spring DSamp. The OL was employing misdirection and other maneuvers. It was focused on compensating for OL deficiencies.Played more conservative to not create bad TO’s and not rely as much on QB.
