The TD pass to Smith when Gibson was covering him….Tate was lined up outside on the other side of the field. Completely smoked McCoy off the line and Howard could’ve thrown there for a TD as well.

McCoy had just as bad of a game vs OSU as Gibson did. Both were beat routinely.

My only point being that’s not a good game to say Gibson wasn’t good unless McCoy is included in that statement.

I def get it. I wasn’t bad mouthing Gibson as I thought he had a pretty solid season. No secondary could cover OSU’s WRs straight up though. Had to scheme and use bracket coverages (a la Michigan and Texas). Helps when the DLine gets home too.
