Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Basilio’s post game call in show was excellent as always. TB found out from someone that when we brought in Brazzell it lit a fire under Thornton. Moving to his natural spot on the outside helped, but having a guy like Brazzell created healthy competition and the staff could see extra effort and focus from Thornton. Looks like it is paying off already.
he is crazy talented.

Not at all. Program recruits itself. Defense has talent.

Fact that there is NO QB at that program in year 3, is more indicting on Bubbles than anything else. Its criminal, and I love it.

Lagway appears to be a QB.

Somehow I feel Mertz will return though and I'm here for it.

Then Lagway will prolly transfer after the season anyway lol

Miss being to disconnect.
Ya still can. Just take a trip with your phone off/emergencies only. Use your atlas. Pull out your compass and travelers checks.

Just be sure to send out a companywide email saying you'll be out of pocket for the next week. The younger employees will have a field day over your email 😅

Missed out on the ground floor, but the way each team played, have a hard time not seeing it as still bigly +EV.

Vegas is basically saying a ~32-25 game. Does anyone really think we'll be held to just 32 points with 4 quarters of Nico? Not me. Otoh I could see giving up 24-28 points potentially.

40-27 feels about right. Maybe orange tinted idk

Couldn’t agree more

Dont think he's a bad coach, per se.

I do think failing to adapt to current game will get him retirement. He can certainly find talent, and get a few higher rated guys.

What he does, or doesnt do with them on the field is bothersome. Playing 95 yards off the ball is just, head scratching.
