The Honors Course…and AV confirmed he knew his stuff.

I’m not a conspiracy theory guy. But our program was a mess, and it was entertaining, There was some agenda behind it.

Entertaining and a gigantic clusterf*** for sure, but I don’t know if I’d say MIT is the reason it was all brought to light. That’s a bit of a stretch!

Jon Currie tried to use Gruden as a smoke screen. What a cluster! Who does that?

I trust AV. He left for a reason, but he knew things. MIT came and went. 🤷‍♂️

Aside from Hamilton, Currie may be second as worst AD of all time. And I believe AV left because a few newbs called him out thinking they knew what they were talking about, and he got tired of it. Or I think that was him. There was another similar poster who left around the same time whose name I can’t think of, but that’s because I always liked AV more.

Beaver was spreading his stuff and several on here called him out. So he said to ask AV about the name of some bartender around town that only those in the know (ie more affluent than the rest of us) would recognize and AV confirmed the name was legit. However, to my knowledge that’s all AV confirmed, I don’t recall him ever saying the other stuff Beaver was saying was accurate. But someone can correct me on that point.

Currie wasn't allowed to do his job during the hire to replace Butch. Mullen was the obvious first call, and when that didn't work out he was railroaded into Schiano. By the end of it, he was going to hire Leach before he was fired. I don't think Leach would have been as good here as Heupel has been, but he absolutely would have been a hell of a lot better than Pruitt.

When he was allowed to do his job with a lower-stakes hire like baseball, he hired Tony V.
