I indulged like crazy for the holiday weekend. I had all the stuff that I avoid typically, buttermilk biscuits, cornbread, milk chocolate, popcorn.
Everything in moderation, and no more cheat meals or weekends for the foreseeable future. A week of strict keto and I'll drop all this excess water weight and dry out.
I did hardly anything other than sit around drinking fruity drinks on the beach. Paddled the kayak a little bit. Walked 4 miles the first day, barefoot. Sanded all the skin off the bottom of my feet so didn't do much the rest of the week.Going to be on my usual workout schedule but definitely worried. We are doing some snorkeling but mainly chilling on the beach.
This is what happened to me. Hit lower earlier in the week so I thought for sure I was headed down even more.Well dang! Weight was down but not as much as expected. I was 240 early last week. The plumbing is a little backed up right now is part of the reason. Common I like with a low carb diet.
