P90X has a good yoga program as well. I lost the discs years ago but I think you can find them on YouTube.

Now that I’m getting older (41), I think I’m gonna pay more attention to flexibility and functionality in my workouts instead of purely ego lifting. Which, is a hard transition to make mentally.

Also I’d recommend to everyone that you take pictures today and at regular intervals for comparison. Try to do the same distance from the camera, same lighting, same pose/posture. You likely won’t see a change for 2-3 weeks but then the changes will be noticeable and likely motivate you more.

I did p90x about 7 years ago and it was probably the best shape I’ve ever been in in my life. And the yoga was no joke - might’ve been the toughest part of the program!
The only drawback of the program is the individual sessions are like an hour long. That’s hard to do in my current lifestyle with kids and activities.

But i still have the discs... 🤔

From my experience of hosting one of these challenges on MFP before - about 70% are out by the end of month 1. Maybe 10% make it all 3 months. Let's all be in that last category. Even if you're slippin - keep posting and remember the goal you set out for yourself.
