Recruiting Forum 90 Day Weight Loss Thread

259 lbs. This morning. I want to get to 235.
In. 216.5 now, would like to get down to 185 eventually. Im just here for the extra motivation lol

Confirm your June 2nd weights and I'll have everyone who has entered the contest (18 total!)

What's everyone's adult low? Right around the time I got married (10 years ago) I had gotten down into the 210s I think maybe 217 or something was the lowest I recall. Would be happy in the 230/240 range though to be honest that was my most common weight, not super fit or low bodyfat % or anything but a good spot to start.

I think I'd need to get into the near 190s/200s to get the love handles off, I carry most my extra weight on my core unfortunately

Define adult. I was in the 180s for wrestling in college but my walk around weight was 200s that time also

My great college weight with a 4 pack was 157. 160-165 was normal. Post-college I've been 185-195 normally. Hit a low of 173 last March before a month long back injury and nightly GrubHub deliveries. 30 lbs (6 inches off waist line more importantly) is my realistic 3 month goal.

Low was 183. Looked sickly. Just have a larger frame. I’ll try to find some old log pictures. I think my more natural weight is around 220. Been eating and drinking whatever I want for two years. Never stopped working out cardio wise so I never felt that much heavier until clothes started getting tight.

My low was 175 pre baby. Used to work out religiously but always ate and drank what I wanted. Now I Do that and it got to a high around 215, not good lookin

30 lbs in 90 days is definitely doable

Yeah 9 weeks and the norm is 1-2 lbs a week, but I know I'll have at least 10lbs or more of pure water weight that'll come off fairly quickly. So if I can drop the water weight as well as that 1-2 a week I should be able to get to 30lbs pretty comfortably.

First week or two is focusing on the diet/fast and just walking a bit a work. Then once I feel adjusted to the fasting I'll start doing extra exercise outside a walk at work.

Ive been doing cardio and weights. Just need to get the diet part going and I know I can drop this weight ez with time. I deleted Facebook off my phone so I can’t see all the beer news around me 😂

Bro I feel ya. I deleted FB entirely cuz I wasted so much time getting caught in that rabbit hole.

The wife recently lost 34 or so pounds doing weight watchers, part of my motivation.

We'll see how it goes. 90 days I'd be pretty happy with 30 pounds, but any progress is still progress.
That’s awesome. Is she still on WW or is she where she wants to be?

Yeah once you hit a goal you get free lifetime membership, catch is you have to show up at least once a month and weigh-in and still be at or below target weight.

She actually lost more than her target weight so she has some float for what she has to weigh-in at to keep the lifetime up. But she has stayed with it.

Lowest was 185 when I was 21 in college, that is what I am trying to get back to eventually with 200 being the current goal. Current weight is 216

Lowest adult weight was 160 a couple years ago doing a super low calorie program. But I looked like a skeleton. Would like to be 170.

I was a semi pro motocross racer up until age 27. My idea race weight was 210-215. Anything less I felt very week. So I’m thinking a good weight for me that I should be able to maintain and feel good is around 220-225. That’s my goal I’m turning 38 later this month. Need to make the last couple years of my 30s more healthy than the first 8.

This is great. Liking the extra motivation (and hoping @Devo182 isn’t pointing at this post in a month as example of those dudes who give up). Lowest adult weight was 175 about 18 yrs ago. If I get to 195, I would be thrilled. I’m good at 205 (where I am now), but I’m not healthy or in shape. I assume the work to get in shape and be healthy will get me down at least 10 lbs. Also - not sure who mentioned it - but I’m adopting the IF with a noon-8p window for eating. Started that today.

Honestly my lowest adult weight was only about 10 pounds less than right now which was 180 or so. The difference is at that point I was working out regularly and was fit. Now, I haven’t worked out in 2 years and stopped playing sports. The core/midsection has ballooned on me, went from a 32 to a 36 pant size, and I’ve lost muscle mass. Was at 200 a couple weeks ago. So weight wise it’s still somewhat close, but my body style is completely different.
