It's definitely looking better. I'm interested to see how Mizzou plays at home vs UF and with Bryant. They are oddly 5-0 at home, but 0-4 on the road. Bryant was out yesterday. I assume he'll be back for us. But if they look like trash for the 4th straight game, despite being at home and with their starting QB, I will feel much better about that one.ESPN FPI now says our projected W/L is 6.3-5.7. 90% chance of beating Vandy but only 40% chance of beating Mizzou. I think we take em both. Bye week came at a perfect time.
Oh i agree for sure. The start alone DQs him from the award winner. But i do think the staff deserves credit for what seems to be righting the ship.Recency bias. I’m sorry but Pruitt doesn’t belong in COTY talk. Not this year. Not after a self-inflicted sinkhole we started out in. I mean that wasn’t exactly adversity.
Edit: I see you mean a second place vote. Yea that doesn’t bother me. But still. Injuries haven't been an excuse. And two of our biggest rivals ran us out of the stadium. It’s trending the right way, but the aggregate is not pretty.
Before I give up trying to get this through to you...I am going to try one more time..s l o w l y..
This team..right...now...is...playing..good..football..I...am...not...talking...about..season...long...record..
This is a GOOD team right now...the overall record has not a damn thing to do to with it..
It will be a good season if we win out and win the bowl game...otherwise you are right...it will just be an OK season.
SIAP, but.. ha ha ha ha..
