Harrison Bailey is our best QB recruit in a VERY long time. No reason at all not to have great WRs lining up to play. Tee must be slacking hard
Honestly quite odd..even his own teammates aren't. Hopefully not telling of his likability because I agree you'd think kids would follow him and no one seems to be.

Ramel Keyton was a teammate. Celebrated Bailey’s commitment more than the coaches. He’s also a WR. It’s great when an edge rusher loves the QB on his team...but not vital.

I haven't laughed so hard at the end of a game as when the UK player chucked the hell out of the ball at the end 😂😂

Yo those guys were salty af all game. First Kash being dirty, then one of their OL being dirty (commentators noted him as the Kash Daniel of the offense...not in a good light) , then that guy messed with the snap when we were taking a knee. My lawd can you imagine being such bizzes?

Stoops looks like your friendly neighborhood ghost, but he coaches em dirty.

That is the third item on the field we have seen randomly launched into orbit this year. Weird lol.

Panthers did something interesting today I never thought about, but the math checks out.

Down 14, they scored and immediately went for 2. If you make it, you kick a pat next score and win. You miss, and you can make a 2 pt on the next attempt and still go into OT.

Obvious assumption here is you score twice near the end. Let's also assume all other things being equal (odds of winning in OT is 50/50). Let's say you convert 2 pters at 47% (the nfl average), so you lock in a win 47% of the time right off the bat. If you don't make the first, but you convert the 2nd attempt, and again win in OT 50% of the time, you win another 12.5% of the time (.53 * .47 * .5). Thus giving you a total 59.5% chance to win, versus the blanket 50% from going to OT.

Obvious adjustments needed for a particular team or situation, but it is so often profitable in the NFL, maybe a bit less so in college with a reported 41-44% conversion rate, but even then it has a +Expected Value too. And if you're like UT and absolutely terrible in the RZ, do you really want OT anyway?

the obsession with Scott frost was so weird. All the people saying he’s got that imaginary “it” factor.

i think you go for the win on the goal line or a 2pt conversion 100% of the time. Every team has like 3-5 plays in their book that are literally saved and designed for that scenario. I hated when butch didn’t for 2 and the win against A&M that year.

I’ll buy all the Scott Frost stock you’re selling. I still think they’re going to get it done there.

Total program cohesiveness + good recruiting up to this point. I was surprised to look and see that they have a higher average star rating for the 2020 class than we do.

Such a hero/ zero play call. I think on the road that year it was absolutely the best decision and wish we would have. On the road, beat up but all that momentum for the comeback. Dial up a play and live with it. That call isn’t for the faint of heart. I love seeing coaches go for that win on the road. Had a few this year I believe. I think Mack brown tried it and missed but definitely the right call on the road for an upset.
