@Bassmaster_Vol isn’t even close to done. We are taking it in stages and he’s done big work, but there is muscle to add and more fat to lose. I’m more excited for how he’ll look this time next year

Dumb question but what types of shows and movies do they have other then Disney? Are they flying to have shows like Ozark and Narcos like Netflix?

Yeah ended up with 4.5 inches here at the house. I know up in Wise they got over 6. Normally the KY side gets it worse than we do here.

OT, but i went to high school (Anderson Co, north of Knox) with three siblings who were from Harlan.

I'm on a 2 day streak for lunch HIIT at the Planet...

I've lost roughly 20ish pounds mostly from diet changes through our 2 weight loss contest. @Big Gucci Sosa props on putting those together.

Now I'm trying to get the cardio/exercise in. Have been super happy to realize I can run (at least for the intervals so far!). Not sure what weight I'll end up at, mainly focusing on the inches and look.

6'2" so I think I can carry 220 pretty well, especially if it's more muscle weight than fat. But wouldn't mind to be less than 220 if I don't look like a skeleton doing it. No clue if I can get to "abs visible" levels, but it's a goal...

I hit a new low of 229.5. Down from 272 back in March. I'm 6'3" and my plan was to stop at 225 but now I think I'll try for 215.

Almost anything Marvel, disney, star wars and national geographic. Mainly all the movies and shows you have already seen. They will have the "originals" like netflix does.
