Whoa whoa whoa.. anybody catch Fulmer admitting that the stadiums real capacity is already under 100k?!?!
DeerPark mentioned that it was around 96K currently and planned renovations would have it around 92K. I guess everyone inside the stadium gets counted to reach the current 102,455.

That's not moving the goal posts. Whether you play arky or Vandy or UK is immaterial. Those are all bad teams with varying bad records. Whether you played and beat Bama or LSU or Penn state in addition to bad teams does matter, and Minnesota has done that, Clemson hasn't.

It's impossible to say with certainty who is the best team, that's irrelevant. You look at the resume and body of work this year. We all assume a 2 loss florida would probably beat Baylor and Minnesota, so we should rank them above Minnesota?

I'd argue A&M is better than Penn State. Clemson is without question better than Minnesota, that's why they are getting more respect for being undefeated. They have the trophy in their case from last year, they have out recruited Minnesota.

I mean it's nice to have a Cinderella story every year, Gophers are simply that team right now. Only A&M and UNC have held Clemson under 30 points, and UNC is the only team to score 20 on them all season.

Again, recruiting and what happened last year should have no bearing on this year's rankings. If they go undefeated, they should have the opportunity to be in the cfp even over teams we all assume are better but haven't performed as well. There are probably a dozen teams better than Minnesota, but that's subjective opinion. If they have the 4th or better resume this year, they deserve to be in.

It does, and it will.

Minnesota won't have a shot at top 4 until they've beaten Ohio State in the conference title to remain undefeated.

Funny how people in the media refuse to consider that Frost is overrated as a coach

Since 2010 UCF has had four 11+ win seasons under 3 different head coaches. That’s unheard of. That football program is so far of ahead of everyone else In that conference besides Houston, and they still have them beat. Very easy to win at UCF.

I have Disney +, hulu, ESPN+ now....ask me anything.

Soon as I saw Disney+ had the movie Heavyweights I was sold! Pretty sweet bundle they put together, impressed.
What does Disney offer, besides the new Star Wars series? How much? I'd be tempted just for SW then cancel after binging.

A sleeping giant honestly feasting on a weak conference.

1. in arguably one of the best states to recruit
2. the largest IN STATE school
3. sitting in the largest city in the state (Orlando)

They keep winning and pulling in money to upgrade facilities and pay coaches more. At some point I think they'll be in a Power 5

So, why is Malzahn being mentioned for the Arky job? I understand that Auburn fans have had issues with him in the past, but I think he has a good QB in the making and his defense has been great this year. Why would he leave Auburn to go to Arkansas? Easier job doesn't make any sense because all of these good coaches don't leave just for an easier job They are too competitive than that.

Honestly, I think Arkansas hires another low level non-P5 coach.
He’s always on some theoretical hot seat and many boosters want him gone. He might want out of that continual quagmire and a mutual parting of the ways saves Auburn that huge buyout.

Yep. People constantly hype up him taking them from 0-12 to 6-6 but they only went 0-12 because o’leary announced that he was retiring early in the season.

Still he has been surprisingly bad so far. Martinez seems to be regressing

So the bundle I did is Hulu (with ads), Disney+ and ESPN+

Disney has all their movies, Pixar movies, Marvel, Star Wars, and then a host of old shows/movies etc. all that for $12.99 a month. We swapped it for HBO Now, which we ditched since GoT is done.

SEC and ACC are the only 2 P5 that makes sense and neither need that market. Unless the Big 12-with-10-teams wants to take on another school along with UCF then I don't see it happening.

Mandalorian was a perty good first episode.

Got basically every Disney produced movie and series in the vault. All the Marvel movies and original series being released. They have so much content that I don’t think it’s all been loaded on the platform yet. But yeah...free week is a free week.

They returned like 9 starters, so yeah, it's the same.

If Clemson were playing Minnesota this week what do you think the score would be? Even if it was in Minnesota they beat them by 4 tds.
That’s why they play the game...unless it’s not scheduled.

I get the angst by that fanbase. He's been their version of Mark Richt. Almost getting there, but never getting it done. I just don't see him going to Arkansas. He would definitely stay upper league P5.

Auburn will beat Georgia this weekend and eliminate them from the playoff talk. Remember, Auburn had an off week this past weekend. They are about to show everyone just how anemic the Georgia offense really is.
Almost rather A&M or LSU finish off UGA. Then Auburn can go 8-4 and Gus hpt seat get going again. Finishing 1 game better than us in Year whatever vs Y2 and maybe Hardy rethinks.

I agree it does and it will, but I'm just saying it shouldn't. The royalty shouldn't get preferential treatment.

I remember reading an article when they left for the Big 10 saying it was a terrible move for them because it took them out of their usual recruiting areas. They used to have tons of kids from TX and now they have like 4 on the whole roster. They should have stayed in a conference with OU and TX.
Collateral damage from the Longhorn Network. Nebraska, Colorado, A&M and Mizzou all felt they were reduced and Texas had all the say in the Big XII...hence the moves. I’d say the fallout in the program after Osborne retired and Callahan trashed the program, had more to do with their recruiting issues.

Big 12 makes the most sense. If they want to go to 12 again, I could see them looking at UCF (why? to get a team in Florida for that market) and possibly Houston/SMU (another Texas team, but they had A&M for how long?)

Auburn is just sitting there ready to ruin seasons.
Bo Nix is just such a hindrance in big games. UF, Oregon, a&m, lsu games he was terrible. 5.5 ypa average, in the 40s for completion%, and more INTs than TDs. You could see it in the games. The team was good enough, but Bad Bo kept blowing it. UGA D probably shuts them down in a big way. Bama D...hmm maybe not. Hasn't impressed as much as usual.
