Think that was Atlanta Vol. And to be honest I don't think I buy that. The powers that be who might not like Pruitt will get over it if they think he can win at an elite level. Saban isn't exactly buds with the boosters down there. Boots Donnelly and a few others close to Pruitt have stated that he loves Alabama with every fiber of his being. Similar to the way Fulmer loves Tennessee.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the ULTIMATE nega/troll meme. Wet dream of secret Vol haters worldwide.

Mizzou fans talking about starting chants to fire Odom if they get down to us during the game. We just need to get up early and the fans could finish themselves off.

Also interesting to me - their base and media was thinking this could be their "spike year" to win a lot of games. Apparently they thought the Lock years were a disappointment lol. This was the year Odom had his defense all his own and KB was going to be in the Heisman race, blah blah. Anyway, they are very disappointed. They believe they recruit well enough to be a consistent top 25 team...

It plays on sooo many fears and insecurities...I mean heck, I worry about it...we finally get the guy to bring us back from the dead wastelands, and then he ditches us to go back to Bubbaland...the ultimate cuckold nightmare..😳

Does bammer make the Top 10 this week if not for Irony Bowl ratings? lol.
Bammer beat MSU 3-0 in the second half.
I think that is what the committee has to look at, strictly speaking. Not what happened to whatshisname.
There's clear precedent. 2014 OSU was down to their 3rd stringer and was being talked out. Then they go and whip ranked Wisconsin 59-0 with the backup looking very impressive. So yeah, if they beat Auburn with Mac Jones by 59, sure let em in. But we saw Bama with Mac first hand. Totally different and very beatable team. Hell, Auburn probably wins it outright.

Damn near every name that has come up in our coaching searches since 2010 (either for real or just among fans) is having a bad season, is on the hot seat, or has already been fired at least once from somewhere.

Frost
Muschamp
Fitzgerald
Durkin
Sumlin
Babers
Brohm
Strong
Frank Wilson
Taggart
Morris
Chip Kelly
Neal Brown
Bobo
Doeren
Leach

Even the one who got away, Gary Patterson, is kinda trending down at TCU.

You forgot Gruden. SIAP.

I have seen the media and several others say that Tua's hip injury had no relation to his existing ankle injury. I'm sure most people have heard of players injuring a different part of the body because they were favoring an existing injury. This is exactly what happened to Tua.

If you watch the video of the Tua injury, you will notice he goes to the ground on his right knee instead of stretching completely out like a player would normally when caught from behind. Since Tua landed on his right knee (trying to protect his right ankle) .. when the 2 MSU players landed on him it caused the right hip dislocation since his knee was already bent and on the ground and all the weight came down on his hip. If Tua had landed normally, he probably just gets the wind knocked out of him.

Also .. if he had a healthy ankle .. he probably outruns the MSU players to the sideline.

So.. IMO Saban playing him while not completely recovered from the ankle injury definitely contributed to his hip injury. Not just a freak injury as Saban is trying to promote. The reason we seldom see this injury .. is because players don't normally go down on one knee when being tackled from behind.

AV said there was one man in Bama with power to blackball Pruitt and that has suggested he absolutely would. So *major booster I assume. Or a Bryant.

Yeah not really impressed with Chandler or Gray so far tbh. Part of it's because of poor run blocking but still
I wonder why Jordan hasn’t been getting much run lately. He had the game of his career against Bama, and then we haven’t seen him much since. Banged up maybe?

I think he may have been referring to Bear's son, Paul Jr. It was my understanding that he was the culprit behind shutting down UAB a few years back. I still believe that if Pruitt really got this thing rolling Alabama would jump on him with all fours. I've been told by a couple of people that Pruitt legitimately thinks he's a better coach than Saban. Now that's very likely untrue, but I don't think he'd be the least bit intimidated following Saban.

No offense but gonna have to become more familiar with you before biting on all of this info.

Given your join date and several of your posts, I'm sure you understand and would do the same to me.

Whoever signs him stands to lose a good bit of their fan base. That's what the owner and GM of each team have to weigh in their decision. Gonna be interesting.
No win situation for anybody but him maybe. Teams that didn’t send reps getting heat from his hit team, ones that did failed to pay proper homage. Good player when he was...HOF cartoon tragic figure.
