No offense but gonna have to become more familiar with you before biting on all of this info.

Given your join date and several of your posts, I'm sure you understand and would do the same to me.
Oh none taken brother. I really like JP and think he'll do a fine job here over time. By all accounts he seems to really like it at Tennessee. Hope he's here for a long time.

Think that was Atlanta Vol. And to be honest I don't think I buy that. The powers that be who might not like Pruitt will get over it if they think he can win at an elite level. Saban isn't exactly buds with the boosters down there. Boots Donnelly and a few others close to Pruitt have stated that he loves Alabama with every fiber of his being. Similar to the way Fulmer loves Tennessee.

Where exactly did Boots Donnelly - and the others - say this? I probably just missed it.

Look for ESPN to continue headlining that ticker with every step of Tua's recovery. He has his own category-- Tua-- and only needs one name. It's a ridiculous obsession for a player who isn't winning the Heisman, isn't winning a national championship, isn't playing in the conference championship game, hasn't even beaten a ranked team this year.

It feels like irrational exuberance. The Bama crash is coming.
That's just the beginning for ESPN, as they have his little bro who's supposed to be better that Tua. I'm surprised they haven't announced him as the starter for the rest of the year.

I think the tide has turned on the Bama dynasty. Bama fatigue has set in, and people root for Anybody But Bama. Saban looks like a guy who's tired and not having fun. I can't see him sticking around for too much backsliding, and he's not going to like all the criticism coming his way. And I'll be surprised if Tua returns. With his injury record, I think he'll want to get paid as soon as possible, in case his career is cut short.
I feel sorry for the next guy to follow Saban. Has anyone ever been successful following a dynasty? It's usually the second or third coach who finally gets it right.

Taulia? Don't think he's supposed to be anywhere near Tua. Tua was a 5 star that exceeded most expectations. Taulia was ranked 180th in the country. He may be a good one, but a lot of fans are already looking to the incoming freshman.

If we win our last two games, which we have a good chance to then we will finish the regular season. If we do then we will finish with a 2 game increase in overall record (5-7 to 7-5) and a 3 game increase in SEC record (2-6 to 5-3) and also going from finishing last in the SEC East to finishing 3rd. Pruitt and this staff have done an outstanding job of coaching this season. I will admit that I was wrong about Pruitt and thought he was in over his head after how last season ended and this one began. That being said we still need to win these last two games that we lost last season but Missouri and Vandy aren't nearly as good as they were last season and I believe that we are much better than we were at any point last season.

Does bammer make the Top 10 this week if not for Irony Bowl ratings? lol.
Bammer beat MSU 3-0 in the second half.
I think that is what the committee has to look at, strictly speaking. Not what happened to whatshisname.
Bama will beat Auburn and be in the conversation.

Idk who Circa Sports and may wait on bigger books to chime in, but dang that's kinda rough for a team on a 4 game losing streak vs one on a 3 game winning streak. Granted we haven't been a great road team and they have been typically good at home, but still.

Not sure they will, but it won't be a blowout. And without a blowout they stand no chance. Losing tua is too big of an image issue.

Imo they're gonna sit ass at home as a 2 loss team, then be completely unmotivated and lose their bowl game. 3 losses in Ttown will not sit well.

Boots was interviewed the day Pruitt was hired and told the story of when he left MTSU to transfer to Bama

Something to the affect that boots told him he might not play and Pruitt said he loved Bama so much he didn’t care. He just wanted to wear the uniform

Boots has also told people off the record that Pruitt loves Tennessee and really values having Fulmer as a boss, but if Alabama ever came after him he would be shocked if he turned it down. That really isn't too hard to put together though. Would be no different than if Fulmer was at Alabama and Tennessee came calling back in his heyday. At least it would mean Tennessee would be a premier program again.

Late at night talking with Sampson is the wrong time to watch The Universe show when they are talking about the universe being 14 billion years old, but has an observable diameter of 93 billion light years, and yet the observable universe may only be 1/250th of the total universe, and that may just be one of many universes created through cosmic inflation, which explains how space can expand faster than the speed of light.
