Their supposed "top 10 pass defense" or whatever they touted makes sense now. Their technique is literally to hold you. As long as they get away with it, it works. Pruitt knew it and abused them for it.

That is exactly what OU does, both with their DB's and their OL. Glad to know we'll have the blueprint to beat it next year.

So are we ranked #25 this week? I'll allow it.

They will make us #25 so Alabama can say they beat a ranked team for the CFP rankings.

@VolunteerHillbilly what are you going to do while Tennessee is playing in their bowl game. Probably the same thing I'll be doing while UCLA is playing in theirs. Oh. Wait.
If it's MCB, I'll be there so long as it isn't freezing cold. I am still defrosting from the Titans/Cowboys Christmas Day game in Y2K. Glad the Vols won and should beat Vandy. I'm not sure that we're doing anything consistently right now, just winning somehow. We could just as easily be in the same boat as Kentucky, SC, VU, and Missouri all of whom have notched some bigger point differentials than us against common opponents but have also suffered bewildering losses.

Dang fair weather fan...😁

What a game. I'm very proud of this team and I'm so happy jj goes into Neyland on SR night already bowl eligible. I hope its a sell out and the loudest its been all season.

I don't think our WRs have played vs a defense like Missouri all year. Those DBs were reckless. Our WRs made huge plays, like SRs do. Huge win!

First off let me say I will never complain about a win. If you look at the stats you would have thought we won by 3 or 4 scores, and we should have. That was a dominant performance by the stats. Was just a weird game to watch from my perspective.
Let me rephrase that for you… It was a very frustrating game to watch from my perspective, except when the clock hit zero, and we were still ahead!

Happy to get the W last night, but that was brutal to watch with all of the penalties and dumb mistakes. Kickoff fair catch and the Shamburger late hit geez.

JG was in the zone though.
I just want to see us play one complete game in all three phases with minimal bone-headed mistakes. I hope we can do that this week and then carry that on to the bowl game.

Chip Kelly’s 4-7. Think he’ll win 5? If he does, should UCLA give him an extension? #HomeRun

That was the best part about tonight. I immediately got two calls from two friends is mine and we all agreed, JP gets it, he's not going to be happy with anything other than perfection (my phone autocorrected to "penetration" there 😂😂😂). Being happy after playing bad enough to lose is not the kind of coach that build championship level programs--but getting in that a** and demanding they do better will.
I thought it was kind of funny when Cubelic interviewed him after the game. Asked Pruitt how excited he was to take this team to a bowl game or something like that and Pruitt just kind of hit him with a blank stare.
