HAPPY, HAPPY THANKSGIVING, everyone eat too, too much bird and have a wonderful Holiday! Love all of you here on VN, even the crazy one’s, and you know who you are, LOL.

See some of you fools at the game Saturday, up in Gatlinburg for the Holiday then going family style to the game. Got all 5 kids, a son-in-law, and a girlfriend (her first game ever) of one of the sons going to the game and the wife and parents staying put and staying warm and dry at the cabin.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Without getting too sappy, I'm sure you guys know what I'm thankful for and how big of a part you all played in that.
Could never thank you enough, so just wanted to let you know, I'll be mentioning the folks here more than once on this day.

If anyone is looking for actual advice, I’ll tell you what I tell my clients for Thanksgiving

1. Light Protein breakfast
2. Light Protein lunch (depending on when you eat the big meal)
3. Bring a delicious low calorie side dish you can really enjoy without feeling deprived and let it do a lot of the work on your plate.
4. Fill your plate with turkey and half of what you normally would eat at the big meal. Give 5 minutes before going back for a second serving.
5. If things get out of hand, borrow some calories from Friday to balance things out.

I love Thanksgiving.

It’s got the spirit of Christmas without the same stress. No gifts, just family and friends breaking bread. Sacred time to me.

I have a masterbuilt electric smoker and I like it a lot. It’s very user friendly. Pretty much sit and forget - just add wood chips every 45 mins or so.

I bought a masterbuilt as a secondary to my UDS, and just wasn't my cup of tea. Gave it away to my brother as it just sat and collected dust. Just wasn't impressed with the taste of the results compared to my drum smoker with lump charcoal/wood. Also the constant adding of chips got tiresome. But as far as temp control it was top notch. Set it and forget it. I guess it's a preference thing.

Ole Miss fans want him out. They never wanted him hired in the first place. I don't think he lasts long unless he somehow has a huge season next year.

Ole Miss people need to remember that they're Ole Miss. A lot like the Arkansas, Missouri and South Carolina situations. Those programs are never going to win at an elite level. Not to say that they can't have outlier seasons here and there, because they all have. There are the haves and have nots in this league, and each of those programs are a have not.
