I can’t leave out Al. My goodness. How’d I miss that? 🤦🏽‍♂️ I was in 6th grade during the Tennessee “Cobb-Webb” rushing attack... that was going to be something special.
Webb would have been our Heistman winner...not MAYBE...not COULD have...not SHOULD have..

He WOULD have won it...I have zero doubt about it.

I bought a masterbuilt as a secondary to my UDS, and just wasn't my cup of tea. Gave it away to my brother as it just sat and collected dust. Just wasn't impressed with the taste of the results compared to my drum smoker with lump charcoal/wood. Also the constant adding of chips got tiresome. But as far as temp control it was top notch. Set it and forget it. I guess it's a preference thing.
I have a charcoal smoker as well, which I do like. I still get great taste out of my electric smoker. The electric smoker is great for football parties and such. The simplicity of it is what I like. I've had excellent results on wings, ribs and sausage.

Ole Miss people need to remember that they're Ole Miss. A lot like the Arkansas, Missouri and South Carolina situations. Those programs are never going to win at an elite level. Not to say that they can't have outlier seasons here and there, because they all have. There are the haves and have nots in this league, and each of those programs are a have not.
The SEC has the fill that it is starting to go full circle and align like it's supposed to be.

Bama, LSU, UF, Auburn, UGA, A&M, and UT all have the ingredients to win a conference and national title in this league. The other 7 programs can forget it. Should be happy in large part with winning 6-8 games a year with the occasional outlier season either way.

Happy Thanksgiving ya morans. Give your loved ones an extra hug or two today and never take them for granted. I am so grateful to God for all that I have been blessed with, but mostly for my family.

I am also grateful that our University of Tennessee has coaches at the heads of our great programs that care about our athletes and know how to win. GBO!

#WINOUT

Yes, absolutely. My brother loves it since he's owned it. I just always found my way back to the drum for ribs and shoulders which is the majority of what I prepare. They all have pros and cons I suppose. On a breezy day I do my fair amount of cursing at the Firefox, meanwhile he's sitting inside with an alarm set lol. They are definitely convenient.

I think he likely would've won in '90, the year he was injured (Ty Detmer was the eventual wrinner). If not in '90 and had he stayed healthy, he would've been the favorite in '91.

So they want to fire Odom now?

That’s hilarious.

It's so crazy how the SEC played out for several years. Amazing QB's at programs you would never expect, usual East power programs in the dump. Great coaches getting their start at bottom feeder programs..
All the stars had to align.

Now all those programs walking around with their chests puffed out. Acting like they're better than what they have and demanding top tier coaches.
Smh.

Always love Dale for that Int against Bama...that year was when I first started watching the Vols after our family moved to Knoxville from Texas.

Agreed...I do believe a brisket is better on a charcoal than electric. Mainly just the charcoal taste is better, IMO.

Haha, they mad.
But I do love the downing of our sophistication, directly after the 1st post.
Just felt so Vandy.

I hate these motherf@&$ers. I bet Tennessee brings in more grant money (especially if you exclude the Vandy’s medical center), and more kids from Tennessee actually go to Tennessee. Meanwhile, they can keep on pretending theyre an Ivy League school with their nose up in the air, but they sure are gonna take the money from the SEC which is by and large a product of the culture of working class folks they sure do love to despise.

That OL he was running behind was a road grading bunch of hosses. If Cobb hadn't have been there to take carries, I really believe he could have pushed 2,000 yards one of those two seasons.

They are about to learn some really hard, really deserved lessons..
