It’s not Ansley. Gotta be Tee and YAC. I know some don‘t think YAC is a big loss, but he’s recruiting his azz off this cycle. Would hate to lose him to Freshwater.

Would Tee really leave UT for Ole Miss, only way is he was offered OC. YAC is more likely IMO

I agree with what yer trying to say but yer examples of fulmer and ed o are not helping you. Fulmer was already progressing into a hc role. Pittman hasn't coached anything other than ol really ever. If yer gonna compare ed o you can't really use his current job as he had head coaching job experience in multiple places prior to his current job. Comparing his first hc job at ole miss would be a fair comparison to Pittman but he didn't exactly succeed there.

The reason I brought up Orgeron was because people including Hank, and including myself thought he would fail miserably. It was more of an indictment of Volnation's coach hiring prowess. My whole point is that no one knows whether he'll be successful or not. While he doesn't have the same OC pedigree that Fulmer did he does come from a similar background being an Online coach. He has more experience in that role than Fulmer did at the time and at more places. He's regarded as one of the best OL coaches in the country. Whether that translates to being a good head coach is yet to be determined.

A wide receiver coach that had never been a coordinator became head coach. I'm sure that one wasn't the most exciting hire but turned out pretty well for one fanbase.

I doubt Weinke leaves for anything except OC, which I don’t think Kiffin would offer.

Coach O will for sure be given the chance to take over for any of those 3 though, if he wants it. And USC demoted a damn good WR coach...

It's not Ansley, Kiffen is keeping the current DC in place. Ansley isn't going to leave to be a position coach again.

Tee would be because the WRs were much better this year. YAC I don't think would be big but idk what he's like on the recruiting trail

Pickens ran his mouth about him in a Sport article. I remember more the sheer production under him. Didn’t predict it...liked Walt Harris. Fulmer was better.
