Call me unlevel then. It's like dating your ex's brother... no problem with him as OC at USC, not a problem if he was not a coach at UT and joined Kiffin, just not him leaving UT to coach with Kiffin with the past in mind. That said, I cannot imagine he would...If he was promoted to OC, most level headed individual’s would wish him well. He can still be a Tennessee alum and work for another school.
Not me. I’m a firm believer you should always look to better yourself for your family. If he goes for a promotion to OC, I wish him luck. He probably wants to be a HC one day. Most schools want that coordinator experience (Arkansas being an exception). Can’t be mad at a guy for an opportunity. If Tee leaves Tennessee to coach with Kiffin, who screwed us so bad, he will lose much of his equity with a lot of Vol fans, even if it is for the OC position. I will be forever grateful to him for 1998, so I would not wish him ill. There are many who would.
Steelers have been working with scraps the last few years.I've heard a lot of Steelers fans wanting to fire Tomlin the last couple years. I just don't get it. He's never had a losing record. Has won a super bowl. And the job he's done this year after losing his 3 best players and Conner for most of the year has been maybe his most impressive season yet. I can't believe they're 8-5 right now with they're 3rd starting qb of the season.
Is he one of Lane's interests or something? Tee has done good with the WRs this year.If Tee leaves Tennessee to coach with Kiffin, who screwed us so bad, he will lose much of his equity with a lot of Vol fans, even if it is for the OC position. You were one of the whiniest, most insulting posters about our performance, even when we were winning. Now you think we deserve a NY day bowl? Oh the irony. And you got a like on this post by another of the whiniest, most insulting posters.
Agree. If Tee is offered OC and wants to give it a shot, more power to him. But I think he should probably stay 1-2 more years and learn from Chaney. There are better OC situations that will become availableNot me. I’m a firm believer you should always look to better yourself for your family. If he goes for a promotion to OC, I wish him luck. Tee is associate head coach, I believe that's better than OC, am I wrong? Not me. I’m a firm believer you should always look to better yourself for your family.
