Who would’ve thought these two would be on the XFL right now? Lol.

There’s some other big time recruits and really good college players in there. Donnell pumphrey led the NCAA rushing i think lol
I think the XFL is being used as sort of a farm system for the NFL, like the other league was supposed to be. Some of these guys need more development. I know K Mac got zero development at UT, and then switched positions to OL.

That’s the only way another league will stick is if it’s embraced by NFL and takes college/high school guys that can’t qualify and want to just make some money.

He was just really lazy here more than anything. Over weight and out of shape. He had plenty of leadership and help.

My first post since my total hip replacement and getting caught up. Man, the potential news on who we may close with on signing day and the coaching news has me feeling that mush better! My surgery went great and would like to say thanks once again for the thoughts and prayers!

This is how I picture Bass.
Not far off

That was the culture that Lyle cultivated....some people need motivation and some people don't. He was in way better shape at his proday or combine. When you can get by on being bigger and stronger than everyone else, you kind of become lazy. Emmanuel Mosley is an example of an individual that was here during the Lyle years that is motivated. I think the biggest mistake K Mac made was coming to UT. A lot of good players had their careers ended here, just because of the culture and lack of structure.

Can confirm BN to ILB.

Great move for him. He'll be able to find and land better talent with how elite our defenses will be in the Pruitt era. Can learn from some elite defensive minds as well (more so than he has already).

I feel like this likely means either Chaney takes over TEs OR Coach O gets elevated to TEs/Special Teams. Which will allow the hiring of Jay at RBs.

That’s just silly.

Khalil was blessed with a great gene pool and has had access to world class training and facilities virtually his whole life. Players like him choose to be out of shape and not work hard. He didn’t do that while he was here or in the off season when he was training at raiders facility. There’s no one to blame but himself. The same reason he’s in the XFL right now vs the NFL. There’s Just too many examples of other players that made the most of their time here and are making a living playing football now to just “blame the culture or coach” Bc I’m def not blaming coach strip for him never meeting potential.

Also, Emmanuel Mosley was low tier recruit that could run. He was lucky to even wind up at a big program like UT. He also wasn’t even all that good here....not taking anything away from him but there’s a reason he went undrafted and cut by the 49ers. I’m happy for him but the 49ers front makes their secondary. Sherman Is getting a ton of love but as the seahawks pass rush got worse, so did he. But i don’t think he’s any more motivated now than he was before...he was always a hard worker he’s just landed in a great spot now.

I am probably alone on this one, but I am meh on Graham.

Wasn't a big fan the last time either.

It wasn't that he was bad... I guess I just had higher expectations and that didn't really play out.

Happy to give it another run.

Unrealistic expectations by people first time around including myself. He was still young in coaching recruiting game

Just picked up this bad boy. Had the custom engraving done at Laser Works in Chattanooga.
Another shoutout to @Geaux_Vols for hooking me up with the vector files.

So now the big complaint about Bailey is that he's too advanced.

"He's really too strong and accurate. His level of football knowledge is far advanced of where it should be. We really think he has peaked and will only begin to decline as there will be no way he can improve on the collegiate level. Unless he was at OSU, UGA, Clemson, Bama, or some school other than UT."
