I know the FF is crazy, but the basketball one is getting that way too. I’m losing faith in going anywhere beyond this place.

And the recruit threads are still under a mini invasion.
I swear, all 1 guy does is attack other people's posts, that's it, nothing else.
But they'll go soon and it reminds me exactly what the FF is and why I stay here.

I joined little over a year ago I think, wandered around, did some reading. Came to the RF and this is the only place I go now.

And one is for goulash, replace the suggested meat with cubed venison (I have used really old roasts from the freezer) and do it in the instant pot.
My kids loved it served over spaetzle (German egg noodles), and my buddies at hunt camp devoured it.

Interesting! I'm borderline obsessed with deer hunting and love the meat, wife and kids are a different story outside of chili. What is the method/recipe in the Instapot?

While the officiating was bad once again, I feel bad for Barnes. This team has a lot to learn. We are consistently a turnover machine.

Also, why did Jalen Johnson play so many minutes tonight? Did I miss someone being in foul trouble, or was there a match-up issue? He was a total liability on offense tonight.

Unless it wasn’t obvious already, our team’s overall defense is pretty good. Vescovi, on the other hand, is just not good at defending. Ball-you-man is not a concept to him.

Amen to the bench comment. Surprised Plavsic didn’t play more for since A&M didn’t have a ton of size, but he does get out of position easily on defense. Did Pember even step on the floor tonight?

Love the wild game discussion. Ate wood duck tonight, gadwall last night. I have tons of venison and a raccoon in the freezer. Recently smoked an entire deer ham (pic included). I recommend korean beef with ground venison.

Yeah idk if I’ve ever heard of that before. All I know, is if I’m set to make half a mil then I’m asking “where do I sign?” Seems crazy to let a contract linger in litigation limbo like that.

Going great so far. I go for my next session Thur. morning and my therapist told me to bring my cane and see if I am ready to use it and not need the walker anymore.

Not at all. That team knew how to win close games against good teams and lesser teams when they were struggling.

This years team just lost by 6 to the #3 team in the country, had multiple opportunities to break through and take that game over, couldn't do it.

After a performance like that you'd think wed turned a corner, would come home and play motivated and try to start really making a run at a tournament birth and then we lose to one of the worst teams in the league. There's your difference in this years team and last years, still dont know how to win...and adding that last years team was much more talented and experienced.

Again, this team ain't making the tournament. But I am looking forward to next year. Gonna be fun to watch.
