Pruitt said he would have liked that to come out on the 5th step. Not the 7th.
They totally took over Notre Dame last year, too. We must keep them out!I know it's a different animal and Nashville has a lot of UGA people, but UGA totally took over Vandy, downtown Nashville tourist district, and midtown when they played the Dores. Ticket demand in Athens is so high that it is much less expensive for many UGA fans to pay scalper prices of 3x-4x face value for away games than to try and get into a home game.
Run blocking has been weird so far. Our TEs have been our best blockers, especially Pope. DWA too. Ryan Johnson and Locklear have done well too. Wright, Wanya, and Kennedy have been poor in that area. Finally got around to watching the parts of the utc game I missed on Saturday. I don’t think our OL looked nearly as good as they did vs BYU. The change of positions/players doesn’t excite me after watching it closely. The run game wasn’t as good as it needs to be and I thought I was very good vs BYU
Last time we were in the swamp. Kelly went beast mode. Moral of the story smack this defense in the mouth and they'll fold. Ty, you're up kid.
YepI’m disappointed in JJ Peterson. Jeremy Banks spent plenty of time last year at running back and seems to be ahead of Peterson at the linebacker position. I know Peterson has had injury issues since he’s been on campus but I figured a year under our S&C program would do him fine. It seems like he won’t reach the potential his offer list portrayed but it is still a bit early to tell.

I agree with this. Everyone thought, including the team, that it was impossible for GA St to leave Neyland with a win. Why is it so inconceivable that we leave Florida with a win. Georgia and Bama ok. I'll give you those. I really haven't seen much from Florida that scares me. JMO
1-3 Vols vs 4-0 UGA = 40;000 Dawg fans in Neyland. That thought sickens meThey totally took over Notre Dame last year, too. We must keep them out!

Did I hear correctly on the VQ podcast that the TD pass to Tillman was supposed to be a 3 step drop when JG took 5 steps? How TF are you still making that mistake in your 4th year. I would think that should be committed to muscle memory where you do it without thinking.
VQ guys screwed that comment up. It was actually from a CJP statement during his coaches TV show. Pruitt said "We should probably run that play on a 5 step drop instead of 7 to get the pass off quicker". He didn't say if "JG ran the play wrong" or "the play design was wrong".
"Was a good route by Ced [but] we got to be a little quicker at quarterback here. Throw it on the 5th step instead of the 7th step."
What do you mean?
You think having to finish his work and pass his exam and wait on the grade wasn't true?
