That or a bootleg run. When we were doing counter plays against BYU the backside collapsed multiple times. If JG were to have kept the ball it would have easily been 7 or 8 yard gains until the adjusted.Last thing I think a few QB draws would be beneficial to us, maybe one a quarter. The FL interior DL isn't great and we could get a few first downs with good blocking.
It's salty in here the last few weeks so I'm telling you upfront I'm not arguing with you haha but......ano...no Mehrk Richt would not. The guy is a washed up has been, really never was, that never won a dang thing of consequence despite having a ludicrous amount of talent...seriously...I don't get some of you guys coach lust..
A brand new goalpost? One at a time!
Not stretching the field, relative to who? In the SEC he has the 2nd most attempts of 20+ yards and is 2nd in those completions...
NEXT MYTH!
Do any of you have any actual facts to support your myths or just throw them out as fuzzy ideas in your head that you've built up?
It would be the football team's version of hiring Rick Barnes. It's salty in here the last few weeks so I'm telling you upfront I'm not arguing with you haha but......
I think it depends on your definition of "kill it" as compared to what we need right now. I think we need someone to pull us out of the ditch and get us back driving down the road. I thi k he could be successful at that. I dont think he would come here, turn the program around, and win nattys. But I'd rather take him then take a chance on another up and comer. JMO
Helicopter parents take youth sports waaay too seriously.Y’all. If your kid plays football. The best thing you can do is motivate them & not destroy them. Rule changing isn’t changing the game it’s parents on the sideline. @ me idc. When my guys are coaching up players and then y’all come over and tell them something different and then proceed to get mad at us when we lose you can gtfoh with it. I wish coaches had more rights on the field.

I was a girls softball coach for years. We travelled all over the country and won “almost” every tournament we entered. Lose one and the parents would have a complete meltdown. The last 2 seasons I did it, I had parent rules. Got to the point were I was having to let kids go because of crazy parents. I ended up just “retiring” from travel ball. Now days the High School asks me to come help coach. I like doing it but I feel like a dog that’s been kicked over and over. I won’t deal with parents ever again.Helicopter parents take youth sports waaay too seriously.
I had a player tonight crying after the game. To me that’s acceptable and I encouraged him. His dad came over and lit his butt up. I’m not gonna say what was said but I can see the love of the game leaving the boys face. He’s a good player too but his dad thinks he should already be NFL ready

Parents can either make or break a team. If you don’t lay ground rules right up front, they’ll try to take over. I cut my best 3 players because of their parents.Sadly, one of our coaches is retiring this season because of the same exact reason.
I played travel baseball for a few years. The parents get waaaay out of hand. As a player you just want them to shut tf up.
