Well, what was Pruitt's answer ? Henry ? JG ? Trey would be my guess

He said it wasn’t a fair question, implying there’s really only one Jauan Jennings. He said we have a lot of leaders on our team this year. He didn’t name names but he said their program is designed to raise up young men to be leaders on and off the field across the board. Jauan Jennings was a unique and exceptional young man. It wasn’t that we don’t have leaders. In fact the thing about JJ was he rose up to become a towering leader when almost no one else either wanted to or had the necessary qualities. jmo.

The lasting impact of Jauan Jennings on our culture is that so many of the guys who were here with him got to see how it’s done (leadership) and why it’s so important, especially in the face of adversity. The best leadership is by action not talk and JJ provided unparalleled leadership in the way he played. Now we have guys all over the field on both sides of the ball learning to imitate that fire and tenacity, that competitive edge, that give it all mentality that Jauan brought to the program. jmo.

Thanks. Damn good answer, imo

I guess this is the latest in a long line of "the biggest game we've had in a long time". I want to win every game. Especially SEC games. Especially vs UGA. They're all big. But I don't agree that this is as big a game as some of you do. Nobody realistically expects us to win the east this year, so a loss to UGA wouldn't ruin the season. It also wouldn't hurt our recruiting unless we got blown out, and even then, only if our season went down hill. I think we're in a good position...a win would be a bonus and bragging rights.

Also, let's not sleep on UK. We get them in a dangerous spot -- between UGA and Bama.

watching auburn vs ga rerun. I know auburn only has 6 points but this ga defense doesn't look as impressive as I've been lead to believe
Auburn’s offensive line is below average for SEC. They abandoned the run bc they had no chance to run the ball. And if Gus doesn’t have a Cam Newton or Nick Marshall then his offense is garbage.

How is it possible that guy was ever kicked off the team?

Because he showed his butt. He was never an angel. Hoke did very little in Knoxville but he did Jennings a big life and career favor.
That he did, I think if it had been under different circumstances and under a different HEAD COACH at the time, it might have went a different way to the detriment to him, the football program and especially, to the fans. Things just have a way to work out.
