Exactly! I don’t know why people don’t understand this. It’s exactly why we beat teams with one dimensional QB’s like Kentucky. You play man coverage, stack the box, and tell the other team to beat you with their QB. When you can’t make them pay for it, you get exactly what happened tonight. They decided to blitz all second half and put everyone on the box. This is a QB issue. No O line can hold up against a stacked box and multiple blitzes when a QB is terrible.

All of this. I don’t care how good GA is, with our OL we should have netted more than -1 yd rushing.

We need to upgrade at RB too. Gray and Chandler wouldn't have started for any of our 90's teams or most of our 00's IMO.

I think we are fine at RB. those 90s teams had a QB that kept the defense honest and oline that created holes.

Chandler is a great kid but his vision is awful. First offensive series today he catches the screen and runs right back into the defense when we had it blocked clean to cut outside.

Even the short 4&1 he had a lane outside and runs into the guards a$$ for no gain.

JG is slow and has no pocket awareness. NONE.

He is holding the Offense and the team back.

We are good enough to compensate for him and beat the lower and middle tier teams (most of the time).

We have no chance with the Bama, UF, and UGA teams with JG at QB.

It’s crazy. On paper you can’t convince me OM is more talented than us, yet here they are going toe to toe with Bama.

If we had an elite QB we could’ve won today. Defense played fine until they got worn down late due to playing the entire 2nd half

It doesn't even have to be an elite QB.
Just having someone who can read defenses and posses the ability to audible when the defense shifts because they read the initial play call would be a good start.

Except for the part where the defense still cant line up correctly. Procedural penalties. Mental mistakes. All coaching issues.

I definitely have been guilty of this too but when we play bad this site is miserable.

Can Shrout play LT? Because that was the reason for 3 of those turnovers. JG made a horrible decision throwing off back foot. That’s completely on him.

OL got destroyed.

Gray should be feature back. I think Chandler plays more because of his blocking abilities.

Chaney was very predictable today. Run on first down every single time.

The penalties were ridiculous. We were definitely guilty. The no calls for Georgia were more of a problem to me.

Defense played good. On the field too long.

Clean it up and beat KY.... again

Honestly, I think we're closer to being good than that score suggests. Georgia's front 7 was a nightmare match-up for us that we were managing relatively well in the first half. The blitzing and line shifting caused problems for JG in the 2nd half and then it all just snowballed and made it look way worse than it was.
