This one hurt, u all. I thought we had 'em, after that goal line stand. But, JG going to JG. The defense got tired, but they gave us a chance thru 3 quarters despite the offense. Time to move on from JG, imo. Let Shrout, Maurer or Bailey start the next game, JG plays extremely well off the bench, anyway. If UT wants to take the next step, we need another QB, if we want 6-4,7-3, go with JG. He can still come in and get the win or save against Kentucky , Vandy and Arkansas

I think trying to use these ticky tack things you’re bringing up to blame coaching is very dumb, yes. Kiffin, who is 1-1 with a near loss to KY, is a great coach because he’s hanging with Bama tonight. But our coach, coming off an 8 game winning streak, is a bad coach because we lost to the number 4 team in the country with JG at QB. Makes sense.

Can we just switch our #2 with Ole Miss’s #2? How f’ing hard is it to find a competent QB? JG has no natural instincts for the position.

And honestly, if no other QB on the roster is ready by now, I’m with @Bassmaster_Vol - Weinke needs to go.

8 game winning streak against who? Youre acting like Kiffen hasn't been billed as a top O coach in the country. Its year 1 for him at Ole Miss and he has less talent than Pruitt has and hes going toe to toe with Bama. And who's the coach that keeps running JG out there. At some point you put it on the guy who makes the decisions.

Exactly. We’re either recruiting horribly at QB or Weinke is terrible or both.

I understand Bailey because he’s barely practiced, but if we don’t have anyone better than JG, then we have a development problem. Get Weinke out of here.

We need to upgrade at RB too. Gray and Chandler wouldn't have started for any of our 90's teams or most of our 00's IMO.

I think Gray is pretty good.
Ty Chandler is pretty average imo.

Kiffin would probably make something of JG. What he did with Crompton was miraculous. I'd take toe to toe with Bama at 3-3 or 50-50. Kind of a weak argument. Not saying I'd take kiffin over Pruitt, but not because of those arguments.
