I expect us to run for 200+ on UK and grind them into oblivion because if we dont this o-line should just quit after today. I mean where was Trey? Where was Cade Mays with a chip on his shoulder? Wanya got his ass handed to him the whole game. We had 2 good plays to Palmer and other than that, our other score came from UGA snapping the ball over their 5'11" 4th string QBs head. Defense I thought held pretty strong up until about mid to late 3rd qtr. Offense didnt do squat.

Very true. At best JG is a game manager. He isn’t going to win the game for you. But we knew that going in to the season. I think the bigger failure was the offensive line. I think it is clear we don’t have the players yet to compete with the upper echelon of the SEC. Our most talented players are underclassmen. I still believe in Pruitt and where this program is headed.

Exactly! I don’t know why people don’t understand this. It’s exactly why we beat teams with one dimensional QB’s like Kentucky. You play man coverage, stack the box, and tell the other team to beat you with their QB. When you can’t make them pay for it, you get exactly what happened tonight. They decided to blitz all second half and put everyone on the box. This is a QB issue. No O line can hold up against a stacked box and multiple blitzes when a QB is terrible.

Gotta include the strip sacks when talking about his stats . Most are always back side sacks on our own 25 yard line. He never picks up on the blitz and doesn't get rid of the ball.

To put things in perspective, HT is our best player on defense. UGA has about 10 HT's on that side of the ball. We've got 1.....

I'd say 2. Bryce essentially shut down Pickens and is a second day of the draft kind of guy. Still need to see a lot of improvement from the young guys on defense before this time next year.

Thought HT and Bryce played a great game. But there was a lot of missed tackles . Players not wrapping up . Thought that was unusual.

Today is where 68 4/5 star players played 35 4/5 star players. The next highest behind UGA is UF with 37. Minus Bama we should compete with anyone left on the schedule including UF. A good qb today and we overcome the talent disparity. The defense keyed on the run and didn’t have to respect the pass. We hit a couple long ones and they didn’t care cause they knew JG could not do that all game. No other team minus Bama on our schedule will have the defense to do that. Still need better qb play
