Forgot to post this on Friday. Thought I’d share a little happiness up in this joint. She was hiding behind my wife’s ovaries but we got some good shots of her. Friday made 20 weeks on the nose and she already measures at 12 ounces. Baby girl is so healthy. We were told she’s in the 75th percentile for her growth at this stage!

100% disagree. You can never assume Bailey or Maurer would have thrown two pick sixes. It changed the whole game and the team rolled over. I bet we would have won with Maurer. He could have ran all over them.

Or we could have lost by 49.

Dooley & Jones at this very same stage: 14-16, 0-8 against those same 3 teams.

No, but if Bailey, Maurer or Shrout had played in all of them, we would have won them all.

Hahah. Yes!!!! And yeah she absolutely is. She’s already so loved & she’s not even out of the womb. I’ve always wanted to be a father. Life long dream. It’s just amazing how fulfilling it already feels and I’ve not even gotten to hold her

From what I can find, next years OOC schedule shouldn't be bad with Bowling Green, Pitt, and South Alabama one "bought" win withstanding. For many reasons I don't think Pruitt should be fired this year. Next year though I see no reason we shouldn't be able to go 9-3. If he cant hit that mark then it may be time to move on.

I tend to agree for the most part save one important aspect. I think Pruitt gets at least next year to to see if he can figure it out. And unless we have a legit coach lined up, I see no point in making a move. If you make a move you better be hitting a triple, home run wild be nice, but no more swinging just hoping to get on base. JMO.

Maybe I wasn't clear but I think he gets and deserves two more years. If he flunks out with either HB or Salter as the QB and we still haven't beaten the big 3, then it'll be gut check time on whether to retain him.

I just have this feeling it definitely will not be JG. No matter what. I feel like he either gives up to transfer somewhere, attempts to make a practice squad somewhere, or tries to get into coaching somehow. Scary huh

Year 4. All 3 QB's will have at least one full season under their belt. As well as the ability to work out in the off season to some degree who knows where we are with this COVID stuff by then. If Pruitt hasn't found a better QB by then that's on him and his coaching staff.

I think Banks was held out bc he couldn’t push off on his ankle like he wanted to be able to. I saw Simmons dresses out on the sideline during the game but I guess he hasn’t “earned” his playing time

As big as he is, Simmons can wear whatever the heck he wants. I'm not saying nothing to him.

I understood you, I was just adding to it, I said the only way is make a move after next year is for a damn good coach with a track record. Otherwise no point in making a move.

I think the official should mark the out of bounds spot but not blow the whistle. Then let replay correct the spot if the officials initial marking was wrong.

It’s not an easy thing procedure to know what’s best though

It's definitely best not to blow the play dead when you're looking back over your shoulder to see if he stayed in bounds.

In 6 days my eldest turns 15. Still remember so much about the first time I held her. Can’t believe how fast it goes.

But the official had to mark where he thinks the player stepped out. He can’t follow the play or he will lose the spot
