I feel we are years behind the other SEC teams right now in terms of offensive strategy that will make us competitive in the SEC. We won’t be able to score near enough to stay in games, even with a great defense
As long as Pruitt is HC it's bad regardless the recruiting. Pissing me off like we're just gonna pretend recruiting can fix whatever the hell is going on lol
Man!...I was truly blessed yesterday!..what are the odds of all 3 of those things happening yesterday?...just not having one could have throw it all off...super wild
It is completely BAFFLING so many people are misled about this. People forget UFS LOOOONG dicking around period trying to flirt with Kelly and Frost. Currie had talked to Mullen way before anyone at UF contacted him, dude wasn't going to just wait around. Remember there were hard feelings from after Muschamp was fired that Mullen was given stronger consideration.
Yes, it ain't rocket science that Mullen would of chosen UF over UT 10/10 times. Obviously. But Mullen was ready to take the UT job and not risk UF dissing him again. It's that simple folks. I know it's easier to say "eh he was never coming here to begin with. " And I know it's infuriating to realize we never offered him when we needed to. By all means, there probably was an offer but it was when UF was in play with him. So there wasn't a shot then. But if Currie hadn't had Schiano up his sleeve and had offered Mullen right away, Mullen would be at UT. Unless one of those weird occurrences occured where we hired him and UF hired him away right after. I doubt that would of happened though if we are being real.
Exactly. Mullen was third of UFs list. If Mullen had been first on UTs, he would of been here, simple as that. But Currie is a dumbass that though Schiano was a major hire lol
Very UT thing to do would be to overpay for Muschamp to be D coordinator and then 5 games into 2021 season news breaks that there is a power struggle at the top between Pruitt and Muschamp
Read a couple of things that Napier is the 1st choice at South Carolina. He went to Furman and spent many years at Clemson so he knows the state. He also has SEC experience at Bama.
