Folks, the great QB conversation of 2020 was so 1-month ago. We have bigger fish to fry. Get with the times. Put down that flip phone and get an iPhone. Trade in your Folgers for a cuban. Stop tight rolling your jeans and teasing your hair. It’s a new day.
Maybe I’m wrong and there was an update to the update, but their AD came out and called Football Scoop a bunch of liars. He said pretty emphatically CK would be back next year.Last search, Chip Kelly would have been top 3 for virtually every fan here. Amazing how things change
Yeah, that's what I was saying. It's the best team top to bottom by a mile. They can go very deep on the bench and we have another very talented freshman that we've not seen yet.Not quite ready to crown them as the Ernie and Bernie show was amazing. Do believe it is the best talent 1-12 and ready to see how they progress
My takeaway, based on LA noting that division is what we need to avoid, is that if a change is made, Billy Napier will be the guy. Freeze will certainly be someone that garners attention, but I think Napier is where we land.
I might've missed it, but just saw this from earlier today. De1conley who has connections and knows some people said this earlier.
"Ij got off a call and I was told by a source I trust to the utmost power that if the young money convinces CPF to fire on Sunday CJP will tk a buyout and Freeze will be the new HC. I was also told that the old money wants Billy Napier."

I think coaches dedicated to winning find ways to do that. You all remember when Clausen graduated, and Randy Sanders spent that spring getting Ainge and Schaeffer the playbook and going over it with them? I believe he event flew out to OR and FL a few times.
Say what you want about ol’ Randy, but I bet in a non-COVID situation he’s driving down to Marietta to get that kid ready to take snaps from day one.
I’m happy with Napier. He’s energetic and offensive minded. He’s sustained at Louisiana and has coached with great coaches. He’s an absolute upgrade over Pruitt, and if Freeze never materializes as a realistic option, Napier is a solid option and someone that would take our job.
