Fully expect Pruitt to be fired. Gonna take booster money to pay the full staff buyout.

I expect the looming NCAA investigation will limit how aggressive we will be and also the top line of coach we will be able to court. For example, Gus will very likely wait a year rather than take this job.

I don’t expect Freeze to be a realistic target and have said that the entire time.

My guess is we’re going to race to beat Auburn to Napier or Sark - maybe Chadwell, Odom or Elliot might also be on the list.
100% can’t hire a guy that was fired from Mizzou.

Have you watched him coach? Why would he be a home run
not easy to make the playoffs in the NFL. Went there 4 times w mediocre talent. Did a nice job as a HC at PSU in a very difficult position.

Successful HC in college and NFL. Successful coordinator. College and NFL experience in a variety of roles.

So yeah. Home run. People are talking about a Myrtle Beach high school coach as a serious candidate and we hired a Dooley. So for us, yes, would be like when USC hired Pete Carroll. So we’ll probably go get something far far from obrien

Did anyone just see Kiffin telling one of his players to "go down" and fake an injury, just to give his defense more time to rest. It's on tape. I would love to see the Commissioner fine his sorry a$$. He's such a punk. I know every team fakes injuries but I've never seen a head coach tell his player to do it.

Random question, someone on TB's show just brought it up. Nieds and JP came from the Saban tree, this has to look bad and fall back on Bama some how. Please Fulmer get em in trouble again.
NCAA doesn’t do anything for cheating. They have proven this over and over. If you play by the rules that’s your fault at this point.

Plowman and the academics are the least of Pruitt's worries. I mean, seriously? The guy pisses off six- and seven-figure donors, can't do half his job, has constant staff issues, gets the NCAA poking around, puts his boss in a position he does not want to be in, has the administration dealing with both compliance and legal-- and academics not liking him is a big problem?
I just like all of what you said period. Now go get us a top tier coach LA. lol

Fulmer didn’t get them in trouble last time. That’s a dumb*** redneck belief the Bammers cling to because he was their daddy to the tune of 7 straight. There were a lot of coaches involved in that ordeal and Bama dug their own grave.

You would think so when he didn't even play on Senior day

What set him and his family off? I remember we were told that JG wouldn't be playing any more after the Auburn game. I forget who it was but one of our media said he was done. Then there was some fan/twitter spat and today he didn't play a down despite it being senior day. CJP was loyal as hell to JG so I don't understand what went down but I feel like something happened there that created a rift. I hope it's not as simple as him finally getting benched and getting mad about it (he's too old for that and even though I'm glad he's not our starter I would hate to see him leave that way). He's always come across as a good kid but something about the way his career is ending here seems off.
