We need a pass rush first and foremost along with an offensive line that performs and offensive weapons for a qb to use.

Talent is there. Would be nice to have a guy with some experience to help coach/mentor even if they don’t win the job outright.

Hyams mentioned after the game yesterday that the SEC guaranteed bowl officials that SEC teams would accept. He mentioned that if UT backed out, the SEC might withhold bowl revenue

I think it’s been blown out of proportion a bit. It was leaked for UT’s purpose on possibly moving on from JP. I would be shocked if it’s serious enough to warrant giving up a bowl. As LAVol said, this investigation has been going on for weeks. Just became public.

We are going to a bowl game because with a $40M deficit we’ll take all the revenue we can get.

We’re not far enough down the road in regards to this NCAA issue to know how serious it is or how tough the punishment will be.
