I say right now because often times things change hourly. And so if I don't say as of now and the opposite happens then everyone is mad because I lied to them.

Everything is fluid at this point. Clarity would be good for everyone. Pruitt I'm sure would like clarity, but there are too many moving parts right now for that.

I believe that the job at UT is more attractive than either AU or USC. I believe the upside potential for a new coach here is much greater.

How is the upside here higher? AUB has won a NC and played for another in the last 11 years. With 2 different coaches. That’s pretty high upside.

Both do have the potential to be excellent jobs. AUB BOT is too involved and that’s why nobody wants to coach there. Not letting coaches pick their staff.

Bailey is the type of QB who would throw for 5000 yards with an elite OC. He can make all the reads and has elite accuracy. The deep ball will come with time and chemistry. I don’t think Chaney is that OC. So, while I think Bailey is capable of elite status, I think he/we is/are limited by an above average OC.

Just imagine what Cut could do with a QB like Bailey.

Took that as still fighting behind the scenes and will use violations excuse if they can come to an agreement and have another coach lined up. So as of now there is no announcement that he is fired, and he is going to be scrambling trying to get a staff that will convince them to give him more time....all while he has covid.

We are a disgrace to all Vols that came before us. We do not care about winning. It’s not about money. It never has been. They just simply do not prioritize winning. It’s just fact at this point. There is no argument you can make that says The University of Tennessee makes winning a priority. It’s a by product they hope they get but the do not and will not do anything major to make football a priority. We are settling for a mid tier program. We will not win anything of relevance ever again. That would require too much money and swallowing a lot of pride and we simply won’t do it.
