Same ol crap. Some supporting PF and a faction not. The faction that isn’t is making the case for a complete overhaul including fulmer as part of the deal. And that complicates the entire process hence why more time is needed and also this investigation needs to either highlight what UT can and can’t do with the information once its all put together. I think the outcome however is that these coaches have done a very good job of separation from church and state on the major issues and only minor ones will show themselves...but it all depends how deep the digger is.

And Phil was supposed to be temporary to "stabilize" the program...

I knew that was BS when it was originally floated.. He's dug in like a tick now...

That's because they all have the same goal. They want to win championships and are willing to pay to do that. We like stadium renovations.

Its a lot easier to win in Myrtle Beach then it is in Knoxville. Chadwell has never dealt with the attitudes of the big dogs, never had to outscheme some of the best in the business. Never had to worry about the media and fans jumping his throat when things don't go well. Chadwell is not ready for the TN job much in the same as Pruitt.

Fine compare Dooley to Chadwell before he got to TN then. All that other stuff is just noise.

It’s pretty well determined when we go 6-6.

One class shouldn't factor in to a decision. I'm not advocating for Pruitt. My biggest fear is if he's retained he wins just enough to not get fired and he gets another year. My only point is if you can't get the guy you want this year, don't hire another Dooley Butch or Pruitt just to do something.

We make the wrong hire and we waste or lose those guys anyway. Better to play the long game, we've played the short game and lost for 15 years, time to try something different. If that's the strategy then I'm all for it doing things differently than we have the last 15 years.

He ain't leaving anywhere. Certainly, didn't like the fanbase calling for his head this season, but that's his own doing. He's in it for the long haul.

I will never be convinced that he will stay here, even if he is successful. He knows that the fans don't like him now and he will move on if he has any reasonable success here. He is not and never will be a VOL.

If we make the wrong hire? We have made the wrong hire multiples times, but we get instate kids with new coaches and new life in the program.

We won't be able to recruit ****, now that Pruitt took a **** on Howard. No coach in TN will let him thru those doors because they don't want to happening to their players. It's embarrassing.
