The ones still defending Pruitt or saying give him another year is the equivalent of Pruitt continuously playing JG.
Makes you want to beat your head against wall.
i don't think anyone is defending Pruitt. you really can't defend him....the body of work is the body of work.
but there is a point where it'll become counterproductive to keep railing on it....not sure we're there yet lol. but no one is defending him.
there's NO reason anyone can give, based on his accomplishments or lack thereof, that justifies keeping him. rather, it's about the external circumstances and situation that may dictate the need to keep him.
now, you can disagree with the notion of what candidates are/should be considered by the folks that are making the decisions, and that's fine, i might agree with most of that, but the fact is if the folks making this call aren't getting the feedback they want from the guy(s) they want, they very likely could stick with pruitt by default....
and that, while it will never be popular, could wind up being the right call.
i do know this, every time we've reacted w/out a plan, we've wound up with a terrible hire because we've NOT gotten who we wanted originally.
