Literally Zero chance of that. Chadwell has never even coached at a P5 school as an assistant and only been in the FBS a few seasons. Urban has 20 less losses while having over 100 more wins. Has never had a losing season and if iirc only had a 4+ loss season once in his career and that was his final year at Florida. He’s undoubtably one of the GOATs sadly

The Barnes situation was that policy in action. If Boyd thinks a certain move is the right one, he has the power to make it. If he wants to use booster money to fire and hire, he can make that call. He can also decide to support his AD, if he thinks that's in the best interest of the university. He has broader responsibilities and greater authority than the AD. That's the bottom line.

Again, I'm not trying to pick a fight. But UT works how UT works.

Chadwell still young in his coaching career, not a fair comparison. He runs a unique offende and is doing very well. Watching him beat a very good Byu team right now and he would beat us by 50 if we played today

I got tasked with cutting up a couple games against CCU.... i have some reservations about his offense in the SEC particularly the way he likes to to spread his offensive line out. But while at Charleston Southern he beat appy state and almost beat Vanderbilt so that tells me that it can beat more athletic programs. I’m not sure it will work but i do love that he has a true identity and it’s proven to produce at every level he’s been.
