Yup I don't at all get this idea you need "stability" before you can be great. I mean, after years of stability, are you going to fire your stable coach to get your bigtime guy? Auburn isn't looking like that. Nor is FSU.

Personally i would hire Chadwell Bc i think he brings more charisma like Bruce pearl in a way. I’m also intrigued by his scheme Bc i think it could give us a recruiting niche which can be used an advantage over other teams like bama/UGA that recruit the same style players.

Yeah, but I feel like with that specific of a “niche”you would have to prove that year 1. All or nothing and hope it works. Jmo

There’s truth to that but i don’t think it’s such a niche where you’re recruiting for a full blown option or air raid. It’s like being able to find players like Barnett Bc he doesn’t project well in a defense like bama or UGA runs. Or a pass catching back like Kamara Bc he’s not viewed as a bell cow.

Dunno, maybe. I like him and think he’d surprise some teams if he had more talent than a bunch of 2*s but thats just my opinion.

I'm higher on Napier myself. I think he could do very well here and I like that he has some good recruiting ties and has worked in the SEC so he knows what it takes. JMO
