I'm sure someone with ties to TN has reached out to Herman's camp to see if he would be interested. If he is, then its a no brainer to hire him. But, we are Tennessee.

It's definitely a brainer. Tennessee is twice as hard to recruit at and twice as hard of a schedule. He has coached in Texas his entire career and his recruiting classes have been JUST "okay" and awful by Texas standards.

Take that into account and his overall results are pedestrian at best. Which is why we got the year 3 boot.

Herman is like Pruitt. He doesn't know how to be the CEO of a program. That's why he failed and that's why they got rid of him.
