Thank you. People here saying nobody wants him or he can’t be hired are guessing. Why do you think that is? I know the violations, but he’s good enough for Liberty, a Christian school. He’s good enough for the Finebaum show. He’s good enough to be on ESPN breaking down the National Championship. I just don’t understand myself.
Hubbs said it was a typo. He still expects the remaining spots to be filled with only transfers. The VQ line about not taking any more transfers needs clarity. I was like 30 pages this morning and was skimming mostly - so I might have missed it.
Just seems like that can’t be a true statement.
Also, sucks about DeAngelo Gibbs but honestly i
I had forgotten all about him.
That is my concern..
Hugh Freeze was absolutely not average by Ole Miss standards. Ole Miss is resource-constrained but he was basically .500 in SEC play in an incredibly tough division (19-21), he only had one losing season there in 5 years, and went to 2 NY6 bowls. Won a bunch of big games (however also lost a handful that he shouldn't) and had Ole Miss as high as #3 in the country on two different occasions in 2014 and 2015. That's hard to do there even if you're cheating.Ole Miss tried Freeze. Frankly I don't think Freeze is the coach that a lot of people on here are making him. I mean some are making him it to this elite coach and there is really no justifcation for it. He was an average coach at Ole Miss who had one really good season. Then toss in the baggage. He is the new Gruden.
hope he gets to play in the leagueOn Monday, Butler announced that he’s decided to return to Tennessee for the 2021 campaign. The NCAA gave all players an extra year of eligibility due to the uncertainty surrounding the 2020 season caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. So that’s allowing Butler to come back and play for the Vols for an additional year.
i get why WE think why. but really, aside from stuff that we've just made up on twitter and message boards, why do they need to make anything public?Well the point still stands. If that is the case it should be made public.
