Chadwell is more of a Bill Belichick or CFB verison of John Wooden.

He’s not currently on staff to be promoted.

And doesn’t have the big boy football experience either. Dabo had it as a player and as a coach

I mean Freeze went from Lambuth to Arky state to winning big at Ole Miss. Freeze only coached one year at Ark state and they went 10-2. I don't see why it would be impossible for Chadwell to do it here.

Watching that game last night was so depressing. We look like a f$&@ing JV team compared to what was out there last night. Our coaches suck, across the board, at scheme and development. Our S&C is a damn joke.

Yup. I’ll take either. Higher ceiling with Chadwell. Higher floor with Marrone imo. I lean towards Doug but would be thrilled with Chadwell.

A big part of this is McCall is REALLY good

In all fairness, most teams look like a JV team against Alabama. Alabama is a JV NFL team at the moment.

Right. Ohio state absolutely dominated a Clemson team with a generational QB..... and still got ran by bama. I’m tired of bama. I’m tired of saban. Go do it in the nfl.
