Now its at HVAC Pub which is right by Wrigley Field but it is temporarily closed. I dont know where it will be this fall. It has previously been at the Bad Dog, Riverview Tavern, and Trace

These coaches are more selective than they used to be because there isn't a gigantic gulf between their salary and the big school salaries anymore. Chadwell signed a raise and extension already.

In some cases that may be true, but not in Chadwell's case...even if we lowballed (for a SEC HC) him at 2 mil it would quadruple his salary.

I’m fine with freeze but the admin has to be ready to play big boy ball and protect the program like Bama does or we will be screwed in a few years..... I do find it funny how we only see the negative things about our own program while never thinking about the positive.... when we look at other coaches..... we tend to temper all the good stuff and ignoring the megative.

Fulmer wants this program to be the 90’s Tennessee. But that style doesn’t win in football anymore.

Oh, if we hired him as a HC he'd be in Knoxville in a heartbeat. I'm just not sure he'd come here as an OC, even though his salary would still probably double. I think his next professional move, in his mind, will be for a P5 head coaching job.
