Dream vacation for me. Thanks for sharing.
We are already planning our next big trip with our daughter and son in law for ten days next October. We are flying to Sacramento and hitting in order Yosemite NP, Lake Tahoe, Lassen Volcanic NP, Crater Lake NP over to and the down the Oregon coast to Redwood NP then down to Frisco and back over to Sacramento. We are hitting several other awesome state parks and national forest spots along the way...I can't wait.

It's dead as **** in here tonight. Either I've added way too many people to ignore or the incompetence fatigue is very real.
We are waiting on the roller coaster to climb again. Swanman really dropped the bottom out earlier. Like, Tower of Terror drop.

The very first sign that UTAD has regained even minimum competency is when even the few people who truly have inside information (and there truly are very few, and that's being generous) stop having anything close to inside information to peddle.

When the organization is healthy, information (especially valuable information like coaching hires/fires) will be relatively well controlled for and used for best effect.

Plenty of well-connected posters that are hearing different things. I think we just have to wait and see how it plays out.

The Pruitt’s are good people and good football people. He’s gonna get this thing turned around despite the near impossible situation he inherited. He is far from a moron and it is really foolish to think country people are stupid, CJP knows football and how to teach it.
I would say Butch had just as hard of a rebuild as Pruitt and he was winning 9 games his third year.

I guess that's one possibility. The other possibility is that everyone who knows anyone is being told "I have no idea what they're doing" and sheer amount of disorganization leads to no leaks.

Good people fail at their jobs every day. They are still good people. Just not qualified for their jobs. The organization is always more important than the one person leading it.

Smart kid. Get all this schooling over and realize there’s probably a full ride in about a year in this QB room. I like the gamble on his part.
That's true. Every single one of our scholarship QBs at least had a transfer rumor started about them this year and two of them already left. It's like walk on dream scenario.

Eh. Defense still wasn't good and like has been stated many times. Its year 3 and we can't line up correctly thats a huge issue. JG probably was the majority of the problem on offense, but Pruitts ideology doesn't help things. Things like just trying to run out the clock instead of scoring with 2 minutes before half dont work with the way the game is played now. Also its not just JG but the QB rotation has been abysmal

After reading thru the posts today, it occurred to me that this feel just like the end of the Gruden threads. Everyone was hyped up for the big change and everyone had an opinion of when Gruden would be hired. Then he wasn't and along came the big let down. This feels just like the big let down all over again.

Someone start posting pictures of your dogs to help bring this place back to life.

I’d love to see all that, especially the Four Corner area. My youngest is now getting old enough that I feel we could make a trip like that. Do you typically fly out and make your way back by car?
