My point with that statement is tho, Fulmer isn't just going to up and encourage Pruitt to change his offense. And the chances of Pruitt just deciding to do it on his own is very slim to none. If Pruitt just beings doing things his bosses don't like, that just accelerates his timeline.

There's a huge difference in Xs and Os and managing people in a CEO role. I believe Pruitt knows Xs and Os however I question his ability to manage people, in fact I would say he struggles in this department

That said, whoever leaked the investigation to Wallace was/is certainly trying to bury Pruitt.
