Missouri did just fine? I mean that was one of our 3 wins. That's not the point. The original point made was the offense was 1 QB's fault. Yet we tried multiple guys. 3 Elite 11 guys on the roster.
Missouri brought in a nobody freshman QB and did just fine.
Excuses.
HB did show some positives...but he was also fumbling twice a game and getting picked off too. Took way too many sacks. 3rd down rate dipped under him as well. Offense still stunk no matter who was behind center. The idea that some QB was going to save Chaney and Weinke and cover up their lack of scheme and development is not reality, as we saw with our own eyes.
We got our Mal right my wife was diagnosed with dementia. She has problems with her memory and a lot of anxiety. At that time we had to put down two of our four dogs one from old age and the other cancer. I was worried about getting a Mal but my wife wanted to see him anyway, she fell in love with him at first sight and he has been the best thing ever for her. Best temperament and has helped her through some difficult times. Best dog I've ever owned can't wait to find another. We’ve talked about doing that. We’ve been so lucky with our girl, and her personality. She more like a lab than a mal. Very protective and alert when she needs to be, but pretty lazy otherwise.
My fear with getting another is getting one that we can’t control like her. My friend just surrendered his Mal to a police dept bc he put his wife in the hospital with over a 100 stitches, and he now has a Dutch Shepard from a working line that he’s having issues with as well. She’s had extensive training, but still is aggressive.
I am assuming that would be the coaching staff that watches him in practice that has to make that call.... our local media reported that he wasn’t ready many times due to missing the off season plus a mild injury..... it is why they started Sunday night scrimmages to get him ready..... you have to have a feel when it is time to put him out there.... You are free to question if they made the right call but I don’t see why that matters going forward.
It depends on QB. If you have the QB and he stays then it’s still a great situation. After the collapse next year though, what does the roster look like? It will be the same ole reset BS
Unless he completely changes his though process on offense, he won't be successful. It depends on QB. If you have the QB and he stays then it’s still a great situation.
However, I think if Pruitt stays he will have a big bounce back. For some reason I feel he might get it right or on the right track.
We are going into year 4, we should be talking an outside shot at 10 wins and feel comfortable 8-9 are going to happen. With this idiot we will be lucky to win 7. Thats not any process or any program building.
He went 8-5 in year two with a top 30 defense.... covid protocols severely hampered this team.... year 4 can be a pretty decent bounce back year.
