Does anyone really think a decent coach is going to accept a 3 year deal with possible heavy sanctions hanging over the program? My thinking is they’ll have to get a guy on the cheap for a 3 year deal, a up and comer. Or offer a 5 year deal to a decent P5 coach. Maybe the boosters already have all that worked out, but man it has to be a hard sell right now.

I’m fine with Jeff Fisher. I think he wants the job and he can easily recruit. Even with sanctions. Plus he already knows who he wants on staff.

He definitely is a possibility. I think he would come back if asked, but boosters are split on him. Some despise him and some love him.

Pruitt getting $$$ to players and not doing it so discreetly. And the University used this investigation to save money and get rid of him. He said that if he was 7-3, this wouldn’t have happened.

Tell him since him jetting after a year started all of this, then that’s the least he can do.
