"Transformation" might be a little bit of an exaggeration; he's 5 games above .500 in MAC play over 6 seasons there. It isn't like it's impossible to win a few games there - Turner Gill was OK.So explain the transformation in Buffalo.
Yeah, he obviously wins at a really high rate. The only game I watched this year though was the bowl vs Marshall. The QB for Buffalo is horrible so they did lean on the run game a lot. The RB Patterson had already declared for the draft and didn't play and they still won with the backup rushing for like 140 yards. Looking at his UWW stats it seems he adapted to what he had. They would have much bigger passing years than others. I think there are lots of guys that could win here. I'm just happy Pruitt is gone and hopefully we don't get Steele because I don't think he'll be much different. You receptive to this guy? What’s your take on his offense?
Good luck widdat. You'll be lucky if you get one flattering comment. @InVOLuntary is one the most ungrateful posters on here. Right, @Orange Studs ?Negative. He owes me on all three platforms.
I looked up their program before I made that statement. When I said "win" I didn't necessarily mean they win national titles every year no matter who the coach is. UWW was a really successful program when Leipold took it over. They were ridiculously successful when he was there, and they're still successful now that he's gone but nowhere near at the level he was. This is not true.
Google is your friend. Here is wiki page of the coach that was there before Leipold 1985-2006 with zero D-III championships and nothing like the records Leipold had except for his last 2 seasons when again, he still didn’t win a championship.

IF Kiffin was hired here and he was successful, he would then moved UP and would have few other places to go that would be more attractive.
It’s fine. I’m a Vol fan. I know how to wait on things I know I’ll never get.Good luck widdat. You'll be lucky if you get one flattering comment. @InVOLuntary is one the most ungrateful posters on here. Right, @Orange Studs ?
From your mouth to Gods ear.My thoughts on Kiffin. Lane loved it here, and then he got a job offer from his dream job. He was torn, Layla wasn’t, she wanted to be back in LA. He took the job and became public enemy number 1.
Time went on, things didn’t go well, and Lane realized something he could never go back to. USC wasn’t his dream job, Tennessee was. From the fans, to the SEC, to beating Saben. It offered everything he loved and he screwed it up. You can tell on Twitter, he would recruit at a stupid level here and win at an even higher level.
I think Lane want nothing more then to right the ship here. This is his destination job. This is what he views as home.
Bring Lane Home!
