Again, if you think Napier is unacceptable, just wait until you see who we end up with. Setting yourself up for extreme disappointment. Have a feeling you'll be begging for Napier. Every 3 years, we get a pipedream list of unrealistic candidates, which leads to excitement and frenzy, which leads to inevitable frustration. Every 3 years. And we're always excited about the new brass making the decision and how "it's gonna be different this time." Last time, Fulmer was riding in on the white horse to save the day. This time, it's Plowman. Time will tell. But I'd take Napier in a heartbeat right now.

I don't remember Beckwith going down when someone grabbed his shoestring in the Vandy game, so that's an instant upgrade... honestly HT is the only one that would really hurt.

HT will not even hurt if he continues to play ILB in a S body. One of the dumber things I believe I have seen that was endorsed by the coaching staff - namely Pruitt, Ansley and Nieds.

Do you think they are interviewing AD's and saying "hey, so if you'd like to come to UT and be our new AD, we need to let you know that you won't have a say in hiring the new football coach that you will start your new job with, he's already been hired like it or not... soooooooooo..... is that a yes?" Do you think DP, after the press conference yesterday and national exposure she is getting and will continue to get until this is over, is going to just promote Steele to HC and go back in her office and close the door conduct business as usual? Just curious.

Eliminating Kiffin as a candidate this early would be stupid on her part. We'll probably end up with Adam Gase when all is said and done.

As a Dolphins fan I can assure you that would be the worst hire made. You thought Pruitt was arrogant, stubborn, and couldn’t get along with people? Gase is in a different league and couldn’t win either. He literally is getting jobs bc he “coached” Peyton. Dude is a cancer. #endrant #nogase
