I dont know a lot about him but his numbers aren't bad. At winning seasons at Virginia in football are good things.

Elliott does not fit the mold of what we need. Elliott fits more into a program that is not in rebuild mode. In rebuild mode you need a guy who has been there and done it. Just My Opinion but if we are going after Elliott it means a large list has already passed.

I liked the idea of Schiano as HC until I was made aware of his connection to the Penn St scandal. That and his underwhelming run as DC of Ohio St.

Great question. I'm not sure.

I think if he goes undefeated in regulation two/three years from now, they've got a good shot. He'll have longevity at that point.
